Australia shipping
All orders are shipped by standard post taking approximately 2-3 business days for metro areas, and up to 7 days or more for regional/rural locations. All shipments include tracking.
Staple bags are made to order, ready to be posted approximately 2 weeks from the date the order was placed.
International shipping
While we don’t currently offer international shipping, please email admin@junobyjoy.com.au with your location and bag of interest.
RETURNS
We want you to feel confident when purchasing a JUNO piece and aim to be clear and fair about our returns and repairs process.
Change of Mind
JUNO bags are custom pieces and/or made to order. For this reason, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to take your time when selecting the statement bag that best suits your style and needs.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a fault or doesn’t meet reasonable expectations, please get in touch with us. Depending on the issue, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or another suitable outcome.
To help us assess the issue, please email admin@junobyjoy.com.au with your order number and clear images of the fault, and we’ll take it from there.
General Wear & Tear
Damage caused by normal use over time isn’t considered a fault, and we’re unable to offer replacements for general wear and tear.
That said, we do offer our Love Your Bag Longer repair program for customers who’d like to extend the life of their bag. If this sounds right for you, reach out and we’ll share the available repair options.
